Business Development Representative
Weβre looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help grow our pipeline across international markets. Youβll report to our Head of Sales and work closely with our Account Executives. Your job will be to find, engage and qualify new opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers in the hospitality sector.
This role suits someone who already has a proven record in outbound prospecting, ideally in hospitality tech, and wants to build towards an Account Executive role.
What youβll do
- Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound outreach: email, phone and LinkedIn
- Research and prospect into target accounts, from managers and department heads at mid-market companies to Directors, VPs and C-level leaders at enterprises
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings for the AE team
- Write personalised, relevant messaging and refine sequences based on whatβs working
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date in HubSpot
- Work with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our campaigns
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline
What weβre looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strongly preferred: experience selling SaaS into the hospitality industry, or a background in hospitality (e.g. hotels, groups or operators) that gives you real insight into how our customers work
- A track record of meeting or beating targets
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers in both mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Apollo or Salesloft
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to speed up research, personalisation and day-to-day workflows
- Self-motivated and organised, able to work productively in a remote team
- Based in EMEA, with flexibility to work hours that overlap with our target markets (which may include North America)
Nice to have
- Additional languages, such as German, French, Spanish or Dutch
- Experience selling into international or multi-country markets
- An existing network within the hospitality industry
- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
- Work From Home
- Performance Bonus
This role requires you to be in Spain. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
