Key Responsibilities

- Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.

- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.

- Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors

- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base

- Exemplify Regal Rexnord 's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience selling electrical infrastructure solutions to the end users in the Data Centre market.

- Demonstrated success achieving sizable quota

- Experience selling complex engineered-to-order electrical products such as switchgear, medium voltage equipment, transformers, modular power systems, ePODs, ATS, or related critical power solutions to the end users.

- Established relationships with hyperscale, colocation, EPC, consulting engineering, and contractor stakeholders involved in data center power infrastructure decisions.

- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region.

- Valid driver's license

- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
