Business Development Executive (WFH)

About the job:
Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential hiring managers, HR heads, and corporate decision-makers using LinkedIn, corporate databases, and market research.

Outreach & Cold Prospecting: Execute cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and qualify business opportunities.

Pitching & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and present our tailored recruitment and executive search services.

Pipeline Management: Schedule qualified business meetings for Business Development

Managers/Account Heads and systematically track all leads in the CRM.

Follow-ups & Nurturing: Consistently follow up with prospects, handle basic objections, and maintain active engagement until the requirement is qualified.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, cold calling, or corporate lead generation

(experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services is a strong plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive telephone manner.

Sourcing Capability: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, corporate databases, and web research tools.

Mindset: High energy, resilient attitude toward sales targets, and strong objection-handling abilities.
