Business Development Executive

About us:

HFM is a globally recognized multi-asset broker, known for delivering innovative trading tools, platforms, and top-tier trading conditions to clients worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead our expansion across the West African region. Your role at HFM will include:

- Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.

- Travels to various West African markets to lead events.

- Supports and trains other staff at HFM ’s offices.

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.

- Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.

- Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.

- Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development and sales

- Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa countries

- Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage)

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English and French

- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
