About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in day-to-day work: requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-up on feature delivery

- Assist with project management: track progress across design, engineering and QA, organize reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned

- Collect and analyze user feedback and community/on-chain signals around meme products, and turn insights into actionable product suggestions

- Help maintain PRDs, competitive analysis, product documentation and internal reporting

Requirements
- Genuine meme experience is a hard requirement: you must be an active meme user with hands-on meme coin trading experience (e.g. Solana/BSC/EVM meme, Pump.fun, trending launches, community-driven tokens) — please highlight your personal meme track record in your resume

- Deep familiarity with meme culture, community language, and mainstream meme tools/platforms and trading workflows

- Bachelor's degree or above (current students welcome)

- Strong ownership, self-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced crypto environment
