Backend Developer (WFH)

About the job:
1. Backend Development

Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing backend features using Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB, aligned with product and performance requirements.

2. Debugging & Maintenance

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across development and production environments to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with frontend, QA, and product teams to develop cohesive, well-integrated solutions and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

4. Code Quality & Best Practices

Maintain high standards of code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding best practices and architectural guidelines.

5. Documentation:

Document technical decisions, API specifications, and system workflows to facilitate team knowledge sharing, onboarding, and maintenance efficiency.
