B2B Printing Services - Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the Role

The Print Company is a Toronto-based commercial printing company helping multi-location organizations across Canada with all their printing needs - from branded merchandise to strategic print planning. We're looking for a full-time cold caller / appointment setter to help us connect with decision-makers ahead of our year-end campaign.

This is a relationship-first outbound role - not a high-pressure sales position. Your job is to confidently open professional conversations with decision-makers, introduce our services, identify potential fit, and book short discovery calls with our team. We value genuine, professional conversations over aggressive tactics or call volume for its own sake.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to Directors+ decision-makers at multi-location organizations across Canada

- Use a provided call script and talking points, adapting naturally in conversation

- Introduce The Print Company's printing services and capabilities

- Log every call and contact outcome accurately

- Book qualified appointments for our team's discovery calls

- Follow a structured follow-up cadence for prospects who aren't ready yet

- Report regularly on calls made, conversations had, and appointments booked

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken English - clear, natural conversational fluency; this is a phone-first role

- Prior experience in cold-calling or appointment-setting, ideally B2B

- Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and able to build rapport quickly

- Organized - comfortable logging calls and keeping records accurate and up to date

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls

- Able to work full-time hours overlapping with Eastern Time (Canada) business hours
