This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Paid Advertising Specialist based in the United States.

This is a remote paid media role focused on executing and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns for B2B and direct-response clients.
You’ll manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
The role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic analysis, testing, reporting, and performance optimization.
You’ll work closely with lead strategists and clients to translate business objectives into effective advertising programs.
Success requires strong attention to detail, ownership of budgets and timelines, and the ability to identify opportunities through data.
You’ll also use AI-powered tools and technology to improve campaign efficiency, analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.

Accountabilities:
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Maintain accurate campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, targeting, creative implementation, and quality assurance while minimizing errors that could affect performance or revenue.

- Independently manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing, daily performance, and routine account operations.

- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns from initial setup through ongoing performance management.

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance issues, growth opportunities, and actionable optimization strategies.

- Develop data-backed testing hypotheses and manage client testing roadmaps, including prioritizing experiments and coordinating next steps.

- Ensure advertising spend remains aligned with approved budgets and proactively identify pacing risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities.

- Prepare and present performance reports and campaign recaps, using clear data storytelling to communicate results, insights, and recommended actions.

- Maintain a strong client-first approach by incorporating business objectives, constraints, audience needs, and brand considerations into campaign decisions.

- Work closely with lead strategists and other team members to solve problems, coordinate priorities, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

- Use AI-powered tools and advertising technology to improve efficiency, performance analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.

- Contribute ideas, processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities that improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.

- Stay calm and solutions-oriented when responding to performance volatility, technical issues, campaign changes, or unexpected results.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of professional digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.

- At least 1 year of experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in e-commerce; experience with B2B or lead-generation campaigns is advantageous.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing direct-response campaigns through Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, with additional platform experience such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Microsoft, YouTube, or similar channels considered a plus.

- Experience contributing to or leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives.

- At least 1 year of experience working with analytics and marketing technology such as Google Analytics and Shopify.

- Experience communicating directly with clients and managing client-facing responsibilities.

- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work confidently with advanced spreadsheet functionality and performance data.
