B2B Growth & Marketing Associate (Trainee/Early Career) - Fresher (WFH)

Quellix Labs builds practical AI agents, enterprise search solutions, document processing systems, and AI-enabled business workflows. We are hiring one B2B growth & marketing associate (Trainee/Early career) for a full-time, remote position open to applicants worldwide. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm India Standard Time (IST). The fixed pay ranges from INR 17,000 to INR 25,000 per month, depending on demonstrated skills, plus additional performance-based incentives. The annualized fixed pay ranges from INR 204,000 to INR 300,000, excluding incentives. The role involves approximately 40% content marketing and 60% business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and publish approved LinkedIn or social media posts and blog content, and convert approved blogs into carousels.

2. Suggest original content ideas for relevant B2B audiences.

3. Research prospective buyers and partners, and explain why each account is a suitable fit.

4. Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach messages, follow up professionally, and help arrange qualified meetings.

5. Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report activity, response quality, meeting outcomes, and lessons learned.

6. Use AI thoughtfully, verify claims, and take responsibility for the final work.

Who can apply:

You have 0-2 years of relevant experience or evidence from self-directed projects, freelance work or similar practical work. We value clear English writing, careful research, initiative, follow-through and willingness to learn spreadsheets or a CRM. Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience are optional.

Note: Selection includes work samples, a time-capped 90-minute practical assessment and a 20-minute live discussion. AI is allowed with disclosure and verification. Assessment work will not be used commercially without separate permission.
