Position: Music Production Expert - Russian
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35–$49/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality , creativity , and production quality across genres.

- Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence and vocal quality .

- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.

- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian .

- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English .

- 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.

- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.

- Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists.
