Role - Atlassian Platform Administrator
Location - Remote CANADA
Employment type - Fulltime

Job Description:

- Primary Responsibility Executive oversight, governance, commercial matters, and strategic escalation management Manage and optimize the client's Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and approved plugins.

- Deliver end-to-end platform administration, including project/space setup, workflow design, automation, permissions, and access governance.

- Drive continuous platform enhancement through configuration changes, dashboard improvements, reporting, and user experience optimization.

- Support enterprise change initiatives including migrations, upgrades, integrations, and new feature enablement.

- Provide responsive L1-L3 support services to ensure platform reliability, issue resolution, and business continuity.

- Enable AI-powered productivity through configuration and maintenance of Atlassian Rovo Agents, prompts, knowledge sources, and workflow integrations.

- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant operations through governance, validation, and pre-production testing of all platform changes.

- Partner with the client stakeholders to maximize business value, adoption, and operational efficiency across the Atlassian platform.

Must have Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Atlassian Administrator.

- Atlassian Site Administration, Jira Service Management Administration (Strong), Confluence Administration (Strong), Zephyr for JIRA, API Development and Integration (Strong)
