Job Description:
We are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Specialist/Manager to support U.S. Speaker Program compliance monitoring for a leading biopharmaceutical organization. The consultant will help review speaker programs, identify potential compliance risks, evaluate supporting documentation, track remediation activities, and prepare monitoring reports and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live, data, and process-based compliance monitoring.

- Review speaker program activities, documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracting, and training records.

- Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recurring trends.

- Document observations and support escalation and remediation activities.

- Maintain monitoring trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on follow-ups and documentation.

- Assist with risk-based sample selection and monthly monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical speaker programs and HCP compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information.
