About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Run requirements sessions, demos, gather feedback and manage a steady backlog of enhancements and support tickets

2. Configure and customise Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners/managers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the Salesforce system effectively supports sales operations and drives business growth.

4. Create Business Requirement Documents. Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents, process flows, and wireframes.

- 5. Effective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
- 6. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
- 7. Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools.
- 8. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
