About the job:
As an Associate Architect at PodHome, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of design and technology. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and Adobe Photoshop to contribute to the development of unique and functional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to create conceptual drawings and renderings for residential and commercial projects.

2. Assist in the development of detailed construction documents and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.

3. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.

4. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

6. Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project requirements and timelines.

7. Contribute to the overall success of the team by offering creative solutions and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
