Assistant Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of international technology and data collection projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to start building a career in project management.

You will work closely with the project team and management, helping with planning, coordination, progress tracking, and reporting. No previous project management experience is required — we are looking for strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting

- Assist with defining project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

- Coordinate with project teams, testers, and evaluators

- Track project progress and follow up on tasks and deadlines

- Help identify risks, issues, and potential delays

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and data

- Communicate project updates to team members and management

- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities

- Help ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals

Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

- Comfortable working with and processing large data sets

- Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and develop project management skills

Languages
- English (at least B2) – required

- Ukrainian (native) – required

- Additional languages – a plus
