GEICO is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Product Manager to join our Commercial Auto Product Management Team . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and enhancing products that deliver value to customers while supporting GEICO 's continued growth and success.
As an Assistant Product Manager, you will partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Design to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver impactful product enhancements. You will help drive products from concept to launch while leveraging data and customer insights to make informed business decisions.

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Product Manager, you will:
- Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experiences through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Gather business requirements and translate complex problems into clear and actionable product solutions.
- Research, develop, and prioritize product enhancements that align with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance and leverage key metrics to measure business outcomes and identify future opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives.
- Support product launches, process improvements, stakeholder communications, and training efforts.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership and cross-functional partners.
