Appointment Setter – Home Improvement (Base + Commission)

Core Systems is currently seeking motivated and energetic Call Center Agents to support one of our clients in the home improvement industry. We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time remote opportunity with growth potential for the right candidates.

Requirements:

-Must be able to work some evenings (12 PM – 8 PM EST)

-Must be able to work some Saturdays (9 AM – 4 PM EST)

-Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center environment preferred

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented

-Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills

-Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace

Responsibilities:

-Set appointments for Design Specialists to present home improvement products and services

-Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

-Answer customer inquiries and provide additional information via phone and email

-Research and qualify new leads

-Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals and performance metrics

-Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

What We Offer:

-$5.00 – $6.00 per hour

-Additional $5 commission per completed appointment set

-Paid training

-Full-time position (40 hours per week)
