This role involves supporting the development, customization, and integration of applications tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our software solutions function optimally and deliver business value.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of software applications;
- Implement application solutions by customizing existing tools and creating new functionalities;
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of applications;
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues;
- Document application processes and maintain up-to-date user manuals;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Participate in training sessions for users to enhance application utilization;
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in application support or development;
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python;
- Familiarity with databases and experience writing SQL queries;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
