Amazon Listing Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Support Specialist to maintain the health of our Amazon listings by implementing content updates, auditing for compliance, and resolving all related issues and errors. Success in this role depends on high-level communication and collaboration with tea ---------- mbers within the assigned unit to ensure accurate and efficient completion of all tasks. Knowledge of or experience with Sellercloud is a strong plus.

Requirements:

Proven, hands-on experience in Amazon listing management and issue resolution.

Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and a strong understanding of listing policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Must be available to work a fixed schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday to Friday, for a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate will be expected to manage tasks independently from day one, as extensive on-the-job training will not be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Listings Creation - AMZ US

Prepare flat file for listing creation of assigned brands in AMZ US and fix any listing creation error.

Listings Update - AMZ US/CA/MX/BR

Optimize the product listings through upload of contents, images, search terms, variations, etc on Amazon and seller cloud and ensure that changes are live on the Amazon detail page. Reach out to account managers or concerned departments for optimization related concerns.

Listings Audit - AMZ US/CA

Regular audit of all listings assigned and ensure that listings are compliant to the guidelines established. Reach out to account managers or concerned departments for any audit finding that needs additional information.

Listings issue resolution - AMZ All Applicable Marketplaces

Efficiently fix any listing related issue encountered for assigned brands

Communicate effectively with AMs if needed

Account Health, Stranded Inventory, Search Suppressed and Inactive listings - AMZ US/CA/MX/BR

Monitor account health (on Account Health Page), stranded inventory and search suppressed and inactive listings page (under Fix Your Products page) on a daily basis. Resolve any listing related issues of assigned brands efficiently.

SOP/Issue Document Creator

Responsible for outlining and documenting the step-by-step instructions, guidelines, and processes that define how a specific task or process should be carried out within a team.

.Create documentation for any unique issues encountered, including detailed actions taken and the resolutions achieved.
