Amazon Listing & Content Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

We are a fast-growing Amazon FBA brand based in Germany, specializing in home & lifestyle products across Europe, with a strong focus on Germany, France, and the UK. Our business is highly dynamic: we launch 20–30 new products per month while continuously optimizing a portfolio of 250+ active ASINs. We combine speed, data-driven decisions, and strong creative execution to scale efficiently in competitive markets.

Your Role

You will will be accountable to independently setting up our Amazon listings, facilitating updates, support on PPC and other virtual assistant activities.

Your Responsibilities:

Amazon Listing Creation

Support Amazon Store design & updates

Amazon Listing Optimization

Create & optimize listings (flat file)

Coordination of new product pipeline

Upload listings via Seller Central and flat files

Amazon PPC Support

Support campaign updates based on clear instructions

Growth Tasks

Suggest improvements for listings & creatives

Requirements:

Strong Experience with Amazon Seller Central

Strong Experience with Google workspace (GSheet, GSlides, GDoc)

Strong level of independence

Strong level of problem solving skills

Managing Amazon PPC Campaigns on clear instructions

Strong English skill

Basic experience with Canva

Attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions with high accuracy

A+ Content experience

Experience with PAN-EU and its requirements

Setup

Remote

20–40 hours per week

Flexible working hours (some overlap with EU preferred)
