AI Video Production Operator & Editor (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Review the prepared project and understand its concept and instructions.

2. Generate scene images, inspect each one, and correct issues before generating videos.

3. Review every generated video clip for visual quality, audio, continuity and accuracy.

4. Assemble approved clips and finish the video in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

5. Watch the complete export and correct errors before submitting it for approval.

6. Follow every production and review step exactly.

Daily Output: Your target depends on the assigned format:-

1. Videos under 2 minutes: at least 5 completed videos per working day.

2. VSLs of 5-10 minutes: at least 3 completed videos per working day.

3. Mixed-format days: the senior operator will specify the required combination before work begins.

Our in-house workflow supports generating and assembling approximately 5-6 ten-minute videos per day before final polishing. Final editing is generally light and should take approximately 10-30 minutes per video, depending on length.

Quality matters as much as output. Meeting the target means delivering polished videos that meet the required quality standard.

Quality Standards:

1. Delivered videos must have accurate captions, correct spelling, clean audio, consistent visuals, and smooth cuts.

2. Check every video for incorrect product details, AI artifacts, pronunciation errors, lip-sync problems, and other discrepancies.

3. Review steps must never be skipped to meet an output target.

- 2. A sharp eye for small visual, spelling, and audio errors.

- 4. Reliable delivery, organised work, and careful adherence to instructions.
- 5. Willingness to learn and follow our production workflow.
- 6. Experience with AI video tools, e-commerce ads, or VSLs is helpful.
