AI Video Editor (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven AI video editor who can create high-quality performance marketing creatives, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using AI video generation and editing tools. You will be responsible for taking a concept or script and turning it into a compelling video - from generating visuals and selecting assets to editing, adding captions, music, hooks, and branding elements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI video creation: Use AI video generation tools to create engaging visual content based on scripts, concepts, and creative briefs.

2. Short-form content: Convert scripts and ideas into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.

3. Video editing: Handle end-to-end basic editing, including cuts, transitions, captions, sound synchronization, music, visual effects, and pacing.

4. Creative storytelling: Develop strong hooks, visual storytelling, and attention-grabbing openings suited for short-form content.

5. Performance creatives: Create and iterate ad creatives for performance marketing, experimenting with different hooks, formats, visuals, and messaging.

6. Branding & consistency: Ensure videos follow LifeGuru's visual identity, tone, and branding guidelines.

7. Content volume & execution: Consistently deliver approximately 2-3 videos per day while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

8. Experimentation: Stay updated with emerging AI video generation and editing tools and experiment with new techniques to improve content quality and production speed.

- 4. Good understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, music, and visual storytelling.
