JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a full-time AI Creative Specialist to lead the creation of AI-generated product imagery, lifestyle scenes, and short-form video for our brands, including HiEnd Accents and Paseo Road. You'll take our products from a flat studio shot to fully-realized lifestyle photography and video creative used across our website, paid social ads, email campaigns, and Pinterest. You'll own the full pipeline: writing prompts, generating images and videos with tools like Gemini (Nano Banana Pro), Midjourney, Kling, and Veo, finishing them in Photoshop/Canva if needed, and assembling them into finished ad creatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate photorealistic lifestyle product photography using AI image tools (Gemini / Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, or similar), placing our bedding, pillows, rugs, and home textiles into believable room scenes, on-model shots, and editorial-style compositions

- Animate hero images into short-form video using Kling, Veo 3/3.1, or comparable image-to-video tools for use in Meta ads, Pinterest, TikTok, and on-site PDP video

- Write, test, and continuously refine your own prompts, building reusable prompt templates and a library of looks that maintain visual consistency across each brand

- Build finished static and video ad creatives (Meta, Pinterest, Google) by combining AI-generated imagery with on-brand text overlays, logos, and sizing variants

- Finish and retouch every AI output in Photoshop, Canva, and/or Lightroom, fixing hands, edges, lighting, fabric texture, and any AI artifacts before delivery so nothing leaves your hands looking AI-generated

- Quality-check every output against the actual product reference photos before anything goes out the door, comparing print patterns, color, scale, flange widths, fabric texture, stitching, and proportions to the real product side by side, and regenerating or retouching until the match is exact

- Maintain brand consistency across every output, staying within each brand's color palette, lighting style, prop language, and overall aesthetic (HiEnd Accents vs. Paseo Road vs. our other brands)

- Iterate quickly on feedback from the marketing and creative teams, delivering multiple variations and revisions per brief

- Organize and tag final assets in our shared library (Google Drive, Airtable, Notion) so the rest of the team can find and reuse them

- Track what's working, which creatives are performing on ads, which prompts are producing the best output, and feed those learnings into the next round

- Stay current on new AI image and video tools, model updates, and prompting techniques, and bring promising ones to the team

WHO YOU ARE

- Significant prior experience generating photorealistic product or lifestyle imagery with AI tools (Gemini / Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar) required

- Strong prompt engineering skills: you can read a product brief and write a prompt that nails the scene, mood, and composition on the first or second pass

- Hands-on experience with AI image-to-video tools such as Kling, Veo 3/3.1, Runway, or Pika, with a portfolio of short clips you've produced

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom for retouching and finishing AI outputs (fixing artifacts, color correction, compositing) and for ad layout and text treatment

- A sharp eye for photorealism: you can spot the tells of AI-generated work (warped elements, melted textures, unnatural shadows, off proportions on furniture and textiles, etc.) and fix them before anyone else sees the file

- Obsessive attention to product accuracy: when comparing your AI output to the actual product photo, you catch the small stuff (a print motif that's slightly off, a flange width that's wrong by a quarter inch, a color that's a shade too warm) and fix it before delivery. The bar is exact match to the real product, not "looks close enough"

- Excellent English skills with high attention to detail and meticulous proofreading of any text or copy in your creatives

- A genuine sense of style and taste in interior design, home decor, and product photography; you understand why a room looks expensive vs. AI-generated stock

- Self-motivated, organized, and professional, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple brands and brief types; able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Comfortable working with our team via email, Slack, and Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive

- Full-time position, 40 hrs/week
