AI Automation Developer — Quoting, Sales & Admin for a Canadian Service Business

I own Exterior Evolutions Pressure Washing Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada. We provide exterior cleaning and concrete sealing, and I’m looking for someone to build and maintain AI agents and automations for our business.

I want someone who can understand how we work, recommend a practical setup, and build it in stages.

What I want to automate:

• Customer inquiries by email , text, website chat, and eventually phone.

• Collecting job details, photos, and measurements needed for estimates.

• Preparing itemized quotes using our pricing rules, with my approval before sending.

• Sales follow-ups and tracking quotes through to booking.

• Scheduling, reminders, and sending job details to our crews.

• Invoice reminders, review requests, and routine admin.

• Reports showing leads, outstanding quotes, booked work, and tasks needing attention.

We currently use Google Workspace, Connecteam, and RingCentral. You’ll work with me and our existing VA, who will help explain our processes and use the systems you build.

What I’m looking for:

• Experience building working business automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

• AI agent development and API integration experience.

• Ability to write custom code when needed.

• Good judgment about when automation needs human approval.

• Proper testing, error alerts, and clear documentation.

• Clear English and the ability to explain things simply.

Experience with home-service businesses, estimating systems, Connecteam, or RingCentral is a strong advantage.
