ROLE SUMMARY:

Fifty7 Group is hiring its 3rd operational team member — a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator who will own the day-to-day execution of freight operations from load inception through final delivery. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something meaningful with a growing freight agency.

Regular Weekly Schedule (40 hours):

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM [w/ 1 hour lunch] Eastern Standard Time

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and book loads accurately within Revenova TMS, ensuring all shipment details are captured and confirmed

Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and consignees, managing any changes or conflicts proactively

Vet and select carriers based on reliability, capacity, and lane fit

Negotiate rates with carriers to protect margin while maintaining strong carrier relationships

Source available capacity using DAT and/or Parade, identifying the best fit for each load

Ensure drivers accept and activate tracking through Trucker Tools prior to pickup, following up as needed to achieve full tracking compliance

Monitor shipments in Trucker Tools for on-time pickup and delivery performance, proactively identifying and escalating any at-risk loads

Collect and organize PODs (proof of delivery) for every completed shipment

Communicate professionally with carriers regarding load status, pickup/delivery requirements, and any in-transit issues

Escalate operational exceptions (delays, breakdowns, misdeliveries) promptly and with clear documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics operations

Demonstrated experience negotiating rates with carriers

Proficiency with DAT and/or Parade for capacity sourcing

Experience using Trucker Tools or a similar driver tracking platform

Hands-on experience with a TMS platform (Revenova experience a plus)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active loads simultaneously

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable working U.S. business hours remotely

Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership without waiting to be asked
