Advanced Facebook/TikTok Ads Media Buyer + Ad Scriptwriter

We are Ultimate Gainz, a European online brand for women's seamless activewear, selling in 7 countries. Our video editors are already based in the Philippines and we are now looking for an experienced media buyer who can also write ad scripts.

You get a strong head start: our own platform prepares a weekly report with competitor insights and draft scripts based on our best performing ads, and it builds the ads for you. You choose, improve and run.

Your tasks

• Run our Facebook /Instagram ads (main channel), TikTok and Pinterest ads: structure, testing, scaling, stopping and budget.

• Test 6 creative batches every week and judge them on the numbers (ROAS, MER, new customers).

• Write and improve the scripts and static ad briefs for those batches, starting from our weekly report.

• Brief our editors and UGC creators and give clear feedback on videos.

• Keep a simple log of which batches won and lost.

Requirements

• At least 2 years running Facebook ads for online stores (fashion, beauty or fitness preferred), with $30k+ per month in budget.

• Solid knowledge of testing versus scaling campaigns (ABO, Advantage+), cost caps, attribution and creative fatigue.

• Proven experience writing ad scripts and hooks that performed. You must be able to show results (spend and ROAS).

• TikTok ads experience; Pinterest is a plus.

• Experience working with video editors and content creators.

• Excellent written English and a reliable internet connection.

Pay (monthly, USD)

• $500 base for running the ad accounts.

• $50 for every qualified batch tested: about $1,250 per month at 6 batches per week.

• $1,000 bonus every month we reach our MER target.

• Total at target: about $2,750 per month.

A batch is qualified when it is a new idea or a new hook on a proven ad (not just a new colour or an old ad uploaded again), the script was approved in our platform first, and it spent at least $100.
