As one of the largest specialist immigration firms in Australia they have a track record of consistent growth and delivering on their clients needs, from initial consultations to sponsorship arrangements, visa, PR and citizenship applications and more complex matters.

About The Role

The Administrative Support Officer plays a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly on a daily basis. A key initial point of contact for incoming calls and client queries. the Administrative Support Officer ensures general administrative tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner across the practice, supporting the migration and legal teams to deliver services to clients throughout their journey to Australia and beyond.

The key duties of the role include:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, client friendly manner

- Prepare representative agreements and other standard practice documents accurately and on time

- Provide general administrative support across the team, including data entry, filing, correspondence and calendar/appointment coordination (Google Calendar)

- Follow established processes and templatesclosely, escalating anything unclear

- Support the wider team with adhoc administrative tasks as they arise

- Follow cyber security protocols to help safeguard client and firm data, and promptly report any suspicious emails or security concerns

- Other administrative and related duties as required.

Requirements

About You

To be successful in your application you will:

- Be available to work 40 hours per week over 5 days (flexible scheduling available with majority of hours between 9:00am - 5:30pm ACST)

- Have a dedicated space to work from (100% work-from-home)

- Have suitable ancillary equipment (e.g. second monitor and peripherals) - Laptop provided

- Have reliable internet and electricity connections (and suitable back-ups)

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications (or extensive relevant experience)

- MS Office skills and experience

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills

- Excellent spoken and written English and confidence to speak with Australian and international clients over the phone

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy completing forms and documents

- A responsive, reliable work-ethic - you follow through and communicate effectively

- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote role, with strong self-management
