The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate records.## Key Responsibilities* Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.* Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.* Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.* Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.* Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.* Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.* Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.## Required Skills and Qualifications* 0-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.* Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.## Why Join Wellplan ?At Wellplan , we offer a supportive and engaging work environment where you can grow your career.
