The Opportunity

We are hiring a true hunter to own San Francisco/East Bay. 🔥

Popmenu powers 14,000+ restaurants with technology that drives real revenue. Our product delivers clear ROI, fast. That means short sales cycles and frequent wins.

This is a field-first role. You will be in market daily, walking restaurants, pulling doors, and building relationships on both sides of the Bay — the Mission, North Beach, Hayes Valley, SoMa, the Richmond and the Sunset, then across the bridge to Uptown and Temescal in Oakland, North Berkeley, and Alameda. If you run on autonomy, love the grind of territory ownership, and close on discipline, not luck, this role was built for you.

This is a field-first, neighborhood-by-neighborhood role. Expect to be in market daily, on both sides of the Bay.

The Sale

Buyer: SMB restaurant owners and multi-location operators.

Sales cycle: Typically under 30 days, often much faster. Environment: High-velocity, field-heavy, outbound-driven.

You are selling directly to decision-makers who care about revenue, guest experience, and long-term growth. Popmenu is not a nice-to-have. It is a revenue platform restaurants rely on to compete.

Bay Area operators run on some of the thinnest margins in the country. Rent, labor, and delivery commissions leave no room for technology that does not pay for itself. That works in your favor. These are sophisticated, ROI-literate buyers who move fast when the math is real. It is also the most competitive restaurant-technology market in the country, which means you win on hustle, credibility, and knowing your product cold.

Compensation
- Base: $85,000 to $95,000
- OTE: $170,000+
- 50% base / 50% commission
- Uncapped earnings
- Mileage/travel reimbursement
