We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CAE Concept & Meshing Engineer. to join our engineering team. This role focuses on the development and assessment of advanced Body-in-White (BIW) concepts through finite element modeling, structural analysis, and optimization techniques supporting early vehicle development programs.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop Rapid Concept Development (RCD) models for advanced Body-in-White (BIW) structures.

- Build and maintain high-quality Finite Element (FE) models and meshes for structural assessment.

- Perform CAE simulations using industry-standard solvers such as LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight .

- Apply optimization methodologies including shape, gauge, material, topology, and topography optimization .

- Prepare models for optimization studies and execute design exploration processes.

- Utilize FE mesh morphing techniques to support design iterations and concept evaluations.

- Analyze simulation results and generate technical reports summarizing structural performance.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to propose countermeasures, improvements, and innovative vehicle structure concepts.

- Support the evaluation of lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing technologies for automotive structures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering , or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or vehicle structural development.
- Strong knowledge of automotive Body-in-White (BIW) systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight .
- Experience with SFE CONCEPT and concept modeling methodologies.
- Knowledge of FE mesh generation, mesh morphing, and model-building techniques .
- Familiarity with automotive materials including steel, aluminum, and composite materials .
- Understanding of structural mechanics and the behavior of thin-walled structures .
- Experience with Teamcenter, Siemens NX, and VisProfessional is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
- High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting early-stage vehicle architecture and lightweighting initiatives.
- Background in optimization-driven design methodologies.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams within the automotive industry.
- Experience presenting technical recommendations directly to design and vehicle integration teams.
