Account Executive Location: Remote (Preference for LATAM region) Hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, with flexibility to prepare for the day early About Us: We are a fast-paced and dynamic company, leveraging innovative tools like Notion and Front to streamline operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage key client interactions, ensure operational excellence, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. - Run demos for prospective clients, showcasing our solutions and addressing their questions. - Provide light customer support for clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and escalated when necessary. - Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with project management in Notion to support business scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and provide timely updates on client interactions. - Support the delegation of tasks to other team members, ensuring all responsibilities are appropriately distributed. - Maintain a strong understanding of the lending or banking industry (preferred) to anticipate client needs and provide informed recommendations. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally in account management, lending, or banking. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and support executive-level schedules. - Proficiency with productivity tools such as Notion and Front (or similar platforms). - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced workload. - Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus.
