This is a part-time, remote role . You’ll work with English-language data, applying clear rules.
Requirements

- University degree or students in their final year (with ability to work fixed shift (12:00-17:00))

- Strong Intermediate English or higher

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Comfortable working in a real-time, data-driven environment

- Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions.

- Use multiple real-time sources, including:

- Departments of Transportation (DOTs)

- Police and emergency CAD systems

- CCTV feeds and GPS data

- Social media (e.g., Twitter)

- Internal channels (email, Teams)

- Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability.

- Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared).

- Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction.

- Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources.

- Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues.
