- Zoho report customization

- Generate Zoho reports

- Prioritize team follow up and action items

- Have flexible availability to accommodate the team schedules

- Refine internal company support process

- Experience with Zoho One with ALL apps is a major plus

- Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or Computer Science, or related field

- Any Zoho Certifications or proven Course Trainings (Major Plus)

- Proven customization work

- Zoho Skills test will be given

- Strong project management skills, being able to manage complex projects, commitment to task completion, including figuring out processes and moving projects from vision to implementation

- Data analysis skills, both within and outside of Zoho

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, multiple CRM platforms (especially ZOHO)

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and the management

- Well organized and highly self-motivated

- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task

- Must have excellent management and leadership skills

- Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

- Must be fluent in English speaking and writing. An aptitude test will be given
