About Us Inspirate Consulting runs a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on student success, college admissions, and personal development. We’re looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer who can make our videos stand out with scroll-stopping visuals and consistent branding. This is not a one-time project. It’s a long-term creative partnership where your designs directly impact the channel’s growth—and your earnings. About the Role You’ll design custom thumbnails that match our channel’s tone, experiment with new layouts, and continuously improve based on audience feedback. The goal is to make each video look clean, modern, and clickable. If you’re passionate about YouTube, design, and growing alongside a brand, you’ll love this role. Key Responsibilities • Create 2–3 thumbnail drafts and titles for each weekly video • Study our existing thumbnails and match the channel’s visual identity • Keep your design files organized and accessible in Google Drive • Iterate based on feedback and analytics insights - Be proactive in trying to find insights as to how to improve thumbnail / titles by doing research • Work closely with the content team to develop a consistent, high-performing style What We’re Looking For - Google Drive (make sure to click "Anyone with link") of previous thumbnail work • Must complete the Big Five Personality Test (screenshot of results required) • Must complete a quick IQ test (screenshot required) • Must provide a Google Drive folder with sample thumbnail for our channel that matches our previous work (set to “Anyone with the link”) • Strong understanding of color, text placement, and visual hierarchy • Creative mindset and strong sense of responsibility Please take a quick look at our YouTube channel and include in your message the title of the newest video and the current subscriber count to confirm you checked us out.
