You tube editor- long form

I’m a real estate professional looking to build and grow a Real Estate YouTube channel, and I’m looking for someone who can work with me long-term to help make it successful. I’m looking for someone who can not only edit videos, but also guide me through the YouTube process and help create professional, engaging content. This position is specifically for LONG-FORM YouTube content — not YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok videos. What I’m looking for: Edit approximately 2 YouTube videos per week about 5-10 minutes long Add professional B-roll, music, graphics, transitions, captions, and other visual elements Help with thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and overall presentation Guide me on YouTube best practices and what makes videos more engaging Help create a consistent, professional look for my real estate brand Ideally, understand how to create videos that attract local real estate buyers and sellers Be reliable, communicative, creative, and interested in working together long-term
