Writer & Scriptwriter for Youtube (Talking head)

We're looking for a writer & scriptwriter for our YouTube talking head channels. (This is a part-time position with potential to become full-time after the first month) (This position does not require extensive experience with YouTube, but you definitely need to be a good & creative writer. You'll receive full training SOP where we've documented the process of creating our YouTube scripts) We're looking for a writer who is: - Fluent in English - A creative writer - Uses AI as a supportive tool (20-30%) - Knows how to write engaging stories, but also explain difficult topics in a simple way - Wants to grow & learn - Wants to be part of a growing international team Salary: suggest your rate per hour & per word & per script (salary possible after testing period!) Niche examples: - AI Tools & Tutorials (Tutorial videos about AI characters, video generation, image generation, AI monetization) - Digital products & Online business - Social media (how to grow on YouTube, how to set up your Instagram account, etc) *Scripts for our channels follow the framework: "How to & how this happened" What happens after you apply and get approved? 1) You'll receive your first project on a paid trial 2) You'll receive full training materials from A to Z documenting how we write our scripts 3) If all is good, you can start working on 2-5 projects every week *All of our scripts are talking head videos. If you have experience in this niche - GREAT! If not, don't worry; we also provide full training. Your job: - Receive the project and get familiar with it - Research the video topic - Turn research into a summary - Create final script (1,600-2,500 words) - Find relevant resources & propose B-rolls - Delivery in 48 hours (depending on difficulty - from the beginning, the delivery deadline is extended) AI Usage Policy We recognize that AI tools are part of modern workflows and may be used as support in this role. However, all scripts must sound fully human, demonstrate genuine understanding of the topic, and be written for engagement and clarity. Submissions that are clearly AI-generated without thoughtful human input will not be accepted. Every script will be reviewed to ensure it meets these standards. How to Apply Please include: 1.
