SMHQ Network ( ---------- ) is a licence and franchise business aimed at property investors who want to find motivated sellers, with 58 people currently in the franchise network. ---------- is our main lead generation website, where we find motivated sellers directly, generating over 4,000 motivated seller leads in the last year. =================================== ROLE SUMMARY =================================== We're looking for a WordPress specialist to clone, build, update, and maintain our network of websites. If you also have SEO knowledge or experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), that's a real bonus and will strengthen your application, but strong WordPress skills are what matters most. We're looking for someone with a good attitude and a growth mindset, who genuinely wants to learn. We want people who will stay with us long term and grow into loyal, trusted team members. =================================== MUST-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - WordPress site cloning from templates - General site updates and maintenance - Plugin updates - Site backups - General troubleshooting =================================== NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS =================================== - SEO experience - GoHighLevel (GHL) experience - Plesk or hosting administration =================================== HOURS AND PAY =================================== 20 to 40 hours per week. Pay negotiable based on experience. =================================== PROCESS =================================== 1.
