Part-Time Customer Support Rep (Weekends) — FastStager FastStager is a US-based real estate services company. We help real estate agents across the country with virtual staging and related services, and most of our work with agents happens over phone, SMS, and email . We're hiring a part-time Customer Support Rep to cover weekends, a friendly, reliable point of contact for our agent clients when the rest of the team is off. What you'll do: Handle inbound and outbound calls with US real estate agents Respond to customer messages over SMS and email quickly and professionally Answer questions about our services, pricing, and order status Help agents place orders and follow up after their photos are delivered Keep customer records and notes accurate and up to date Escalate anything you can't resolve to the right person on the team What we're looking for (must-haves): Excellent spoken English. This is the single most important requirement. You will be on the phone with American clients, so clear, natural, easy-to-understand English is essential. Previous customer support experience (phone, chat, or email ) Reliable internet, a quiet place to take calls, and a good headset Available to work Saturdays and Sundays during US business hours Organized, dependable, and genuinely warm on the phone Nice to have (not required): Experience working with US real estate, agents, or a real estate-related company Familiarity with tools like a CRM, shared inbox, or SMS platforms To apply: Email us at ---------- with a short video (2-4 minutes) of yourself talking through three things: Your customer service experience.
