We are looking for an expert Webflow developer to provide ongoing support for our marketing website, . This person will work primarily with our Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager.

This is an ongoing, remote part-time contract role for 20 hours per week. The hourly pay rate ranges from $90 to $110 per hour.

We are located in the Pacific Time Zone and can only work with candidates within 4 hours of this time zone. Preference will given to US-based candidates but we are open to workers in other countries. Experience with web design, content publishing, or motion design is a plus.

Who You Are

- You are an expert Webflow developer who can build and launch high-quality pages quickly and efficiently

- You have advanced experience with Webflow CMS, including collections, dynamic binding, collection templates, filtering, and sorting.

- You can use Figma designs to build fully responsive pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

- You are proficient in creating, structuring, and maintaining scalable Webflow styles and CSS.

- You understand semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices.

- You have experience using Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries.

- You can use lightweight JavaScript when Webflow’s native functionality is not sufficient.

- You think in systems and create reusable components that improve consistency and make future development faster.

- You are comfortable working independently, identifying potential issues, and recommending better solutions.

- You understand how and when to use AI to accelerate your work. Cursor is an important tool here and you will have the freedom to build.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

- You are still learning Webflow or have only limited professional Webflow experience.

- You primarily build pages using unstructured custom styles without considering scalability or reusability.

- You require detailed instructions for every implementation decision.

We already have internal Webflow experience and are looking for someone who can bring a higher level of technical expertise, speed, and problem-solving.
What You'll Do:

- Support the marketing team by creating and updating website pages, content, and layouts.

- Work primarily with our Director of Growth Marketing and SEO Manager.

- Build responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs.

- Create, improve, and maintain programmatic SEO page templates.

- Create and update Webflow CMS collections, dynamic templates, and content.

- Build and improve reusable Webflow components.

- Improve and maintain the existing style system.

- Add Webflow interactions, animations, and lightweight custom JavaScript.

- Publish content and perform page QA before and after launch.

- Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance issues.

- Maintain consistency, usability, and performance across pages, templates, and components.

- Communicate with the team through Slack and Zoom.

Applicants should include webpages they built from scratch in Webflow.

The first call will be general questions.
The second call will be a short live paid assignment
