This role is for a creative and technical professional who can design and build beautiful, high-performance, and interactive websites from the ground up. We are seeking an intelligent, self-motivated individual who takes immense pride in their craft. You are a visual thinker who understands user experience and has the technical skill to bring ambitious designs to life. You will be our go-to expert for turning design concepts (from Figma) into pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Framer, setting a high standard for quality and innovation. #### What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): - Lead the design, build, and launch of high-fidelity, responsive websites and landing pages using Framer. - Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect Framer sites. - Implement advanced interactions, effects, and animations within Framer to create engaging user experiences. - Ensure all web builds are rigorously optimized for performance, page speed, responsiveness, and SEO. - Manage project timelines and deliverables, working independently to move from concept to launch. - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to ensure the final product meets all strategic goals. - Maintain and update existing Framer sites, troubleshooting any issues that arise. #### Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate): You are a confident, intelligent, and highly self-motivated professional who possesses a deep curiosity for modern web design and technology. Must-Haves: - A high-quality, professional portfolio demonstrating live examples of sophisticated websites built in Framer. - 2+ years of professional web design experience. - Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including component-building, interactions, and responsive design. - Strong proficiency in Figma and a proven workflow for translating Figma designs into Framer. - A strong foundation in web design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and responsive/adaptive design. - A solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
