Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field - Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability of obtaining within six months - Proven project management experience and client interaction. - Proficiency in hydraulic modeling using software such as InfoWorks ICM, PCSWMM, or HEC-RAS. - Experience managing the design and construction phases of sewer system rehabilitation or related water resources projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Ten (10) or more years of related engineering experience - Proven experience developing compelling proposals for engineering services that align with client needs and project objectives. - Strong network of established relationships with current and prospective clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. - Proven experience overseeing inflow and infiltration (I/I) studies, including flow monitoring and field data collection.
