Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a VP of People Operations to lead and evolve our People strategy. This role is pivotal in scaling our global teams, shaping culture, and ensuring we attract, retain, and grow world-class talent. You’ll work hand-in-hand with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence in a remote-first, high-growth environment.

Lead & Develop : Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact.

Talent Strategy : Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent.

Performance & Engagement : Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity.

Learning & Development : Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth.

Compensation & Benefits : Oversee programs to ensure competitive, equitable offerings across regions.

Diversity & Inclusion : Partner with leadership to strengthen D&I initiatives that drive innovation and belonging.

Requirements
