Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Volunteer Marketing Specialist (14+ years old) to help amplify our brand, attract new clients, and share our mission. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics—all while contributing to a growing teen-led agency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Grow engagement through creative content, hashtags, and community interactions

Content Creation

Draft blog posts or short articles showcasing project case studies, tutorials, and success stories

Create or coordinate simple graphics (using Canva, Figma, etc.) for promotions

Email Marketing

Assist with monthly newsletters and promotional campaigns via Zoho Campaigns

Campaign Strategy & Analytics

Help plan small-scale digital campaigns (portfolio launches, seasonal promos)

Track metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights

SEO & Website Support

Contribute to keyword research and on-page SEO improvements

Suggest blog topics and meta descriptions to boost organic traffic

Requirements

Qualifications

Age 14 or older

Passion for marketing, social media, and helping small businesses

Familiarity with one or more social platforms’ best practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic graphic-design ability a plus (Canva, Figma, or similar)

Self-starter with good organization and reliability

Comfortable collaborating virtually with a teen-led team
