Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create business reports that are visually appealing, with clear and consistent storytelling, strong data visualization and infographics.

- Able to understand data and translate to clear visuals and graphics.

- Creates templates and style guides.

- Manages production for business reports and asset design.

- Researches graphic trends to apply creative concepts strategically.

- Produces advanced, clear and strategically creative comps for different solutions and proposals.

- Follows and ensures the integrity and consistency of the brand.

- Communicates with piers to discuss the content for the design of assets.

- Responsible for delivering quality standards for assigned assets.

- Makes recommendations for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks pertinent to the design capability.

- Able to execute multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from intake and conceptualization through production and delivery.

- Business design, Data Storytelling and editorial layout experience preferred.

- Highly skilled in PPT / Google Slides, GSites, InDesign.

- Strong skills in layout and design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling.

- English proficiency - mid level (written).

- Excellent time management and organizational skill set. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables.

- Self-motivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner. Works well within a team and independently.

- Demonstrated creative judgment and design sensibility.

- Highly proactive.

- Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution.

- Provide and receive objective feedback proactively.
