What Youll Do: - Document real-time patient encounters during live virtual consultations in Electronic Health Records (EHR). - Assist in managing medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education . - Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic tests, and communicate results empathetically and professionally. - Transcribe and edit medical notes with accuracy, adhering to U.S. clinical standards. - Ensure HIPAA-compliant, thorough, and accurate patient records . - Collaborate with physicians to address documentation discrepancies. - Manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and other admin tasks as needed. - Stay updated on U.S. medical terminology, charting standards, and EHR tools . Who Should Apply: - MBBS graduates , medical interns, or degree holders in any medical-related field . - Applicants with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Scribe. - Familiarity with EHR systems, transcription tools, and MS Office . - Solid understanding of medical terminology, clinical protocols, pharmacology, and anatomy . - Typing speed of 40+ WPM with excellent accuracy. - Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal). - Strong multitasking ability and a proactive, professional attitude.
