Requirements

- Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field

- Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent

- Experience providing telehealth counseling services preferred

- Familiarity with virtual platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology

- Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

- Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program

- Conduct virtual intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans

- Lead psychoeducational sessions focusing on mental health, addiction recovery, and coping skills

- Monitor and document client progress using electronic health records (EHR)

- Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists

- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Attend virtual team meetings and provide input on client care planning

- Stay updated on telehealth best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches

Schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm MWF and 9:00am-5:00pm TThu
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
