# E-commerce Virtual Assistant for Growing Fashion Brand (Shopify + Meta Ads) ## About us We're **Van Elsen Mode**, an online fashion store running on Shopify. We're scaling up and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day operational tasks that keep the store running and growing. You'll work directly with the owner and have a real impact on the business. This is an ongoing role. We're looking for someone we can build a long-term working relationship with — not a one-off gig. ## What you'll be doing **Core tasks (your main responsibilities):** - **Product page management** — Building and reviewing product pages in Shopify. A lot of the drafting is done for you; your job is to check that everything is placed correctly (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, tags) and that each page is clean, accurate, and ready to publish. - **Meta ads preparation** — Setting up and preparing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (audiences, ad sets, placements, budgets) so they're ready to launch. You won't be spending money blindly — you'll prepare everything to spec and we review before going live. - **Creatives (nice to have, not required day one)** — Helping prepare or lightly edit ad creatives and product visuals. This can grow over time if you enjoy it. **Additional tasks you may take on (the more you can help with, the better):** - Uploading and organizing products, managing collections and categories - Basic product photo editing (cropping, background removal, resizing) - Writing and optimizing product descriptions (SEO-friendly) - Order processing support and tracking follow-up with our supplier - Scheduling organic social media posts - Email marketing support (newsletters, basic flows) - Weekly reporting (ad performance, sales, simple dashboards) - Competitor and trend research You don't need to be an expert in everything above — but the more of these you can confidently handle, the more valuable (and long-term) this role becomes. ## What we're looking for - **Proven Shopify experience** — you know your way around products, collections, and the admin panel - **Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience** — you can set up and structure campaigns correctly - Strong attention to detail — you catch small mistakes before they go live - Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently once trained - Good written English - A stable internet connection and a dependable working setup **Bonus points for:** - Experience with fashion / apparel e-commerce - Basic design skills (Canva) - Email marketing experience (Klaviyo) - Dutch language skills (nice, but absolutely not required) ## The details - **Type:** Ongoing, flexible hours (hourly basis) — hours will grow as trust and workload increase - **Rate:** $5–8/hour depending on experience and skill set - **Start:** As soon as we find the right person ## How to apply Please don't send a generic copy-paste application — we read every message.
