Virtual Assistant (Remote, US Hours – Long-Term Full-Time Role)

About Us Inspirate Consulting helps high school students around the world build standout applications for top universities. We focus on personalized strategy, strong storytelling, and practical tools that help students take action. We’re currently launching our Launchpad Program, a 7-day experience where students receive customized academic and extracurricular plans, testing calendars, and roadmaps for success. To make this work, we need someone reliable, detail-oriented, and creative who can turn our ideas into polished, professional-looking documents that students love reading. About the Role We’re looking for a LONG TERM Launchpad Program Assistant who can follow detailed frameworks, use ChatGPT Plus to help generate and format content, and create clean, well-designed documents in Google Docs or Canva. We are looking for people that want consistent pay, long working partnerships (as long as you uphold your side of the agreement and do an excellent job), and an environment to continue to grow. You’ll work closely with the founder and counselors to turn raw information into actionable, visually appealing plans. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, coachable, and has a good sense of layout and professional presentation and also has an interest in working with an organization for the long term. Key Responsibilities • Transform collected student information into professional-looking roadmaps, activity plans, and academic guides. Using professional graphs, presentations, documents, etc. • Use ChatGPT Plus to refine writing and formatting • Follow detailed step-by-step instructions to complete deliverables • Ensure all outputs are branded, clean, and easy to read - Being on time with deliverables always • Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and take feedback constructively What We’re Looking For • Must have an active ChatGPT Plus account (screenshot required) • Must complete the Big Five Personality Test and send a screenshot of the results • Good eye for design and document presentation (Google Docs, Notion, or Canva) • Stable internet connection (include a Wi-Fi speed test screenshot) • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Strong written communication and English comprehension ???? Compensation & Growth • Starting pay: $4/hour • Full-time, long-term role • Pay increases $1 after 1 year of strong and reliable performance. Pay increases more after 2 years based on performance and reliability.
