Virtual Assistant – Outbound Lead Generation & Community Outreach

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help with outbound lead generation and community outreach. Position: Outbound Lead Generation VA Hours: 40 hours/week Pay: $600/month fixed + bonuses Platforms: Facebook , Skool, Whop, and WhatsApp What you’ll do: - Find relevant and active people inside online communities (communities provided by us). - Start genuine 1-on-1 conversations and build rapport. - Follow our conversation strategy depending on the type of community. - Send the relevant YouTube video when appropriate. - For Whop, work with provided member lists and identify active members directly inside communities. - Track outreach, conversations, videos sent, WhatsApp joins, and notes. What we’re looking for: - Good written English. - Strong communication skills. - Comfortable talking to people online. - Able to follow an SOP and conversation flow carefully. - Can write naturally rather than sounding robotic or overly scripted. - Detail-oriented and consistent. - Able to work independently for 40 hours/week. - Previous experience with outbound, lead generation, cold outreach, community management, or appointment setting is a plus. Training & Support: You do not need to figure everything out by yourself. We have a clear, step-by-step SOP where the entire process is explained and structured. We will have a call with you to walk you through everything and show you exactly how the process works. Our team will work alongside you during the onboarding process until you understand the system and feel comfortable handling the work independently. We will guide you, answer your questions, and make sure you know exactly what to do before expecting you to work on your own. The goal is to build a team where everyone understands the process and can execute it confidently. Long-Term Opportunity: This is not a short-term position. We are looking to build long-term relationships with the right people and grow together as the company scales. We have ambitious long-term goals and want to build a strong outbound and community outreach team around them. As the team grows, there will be opportunities for people who perform well and take responsibility to grow into larger roles within the team, including potentially managing and leading the outbound lead generation/community outreach team.
