We're looking for guides who love sharing Japan with others—not through memorized scripts, but through engaging conversations, thoughtful storytelling, and warm hospitality. What you'll do: As a Freelance Tour Guide, you'll become the face of FleX, welcoming guests from around the world and helping turn their trip to Japan into an unforgettable memory. You'll: - Lead private luxury tours and exclusive cultural experiences. - Share Japan's history, traditions, and modern culture through engaging storytelling. - Build genuine connections with guests from diverse backgrounds. - Coordinate smoothly with local partners, artisans, restaurants, and venues. - Deliver the attentive, professional service expected by luxury travelers. Who we're looking for: We're less interested in years of experience than in your personality and passion. As a new very upcoming company, we cherish a new approach to tours, with younger more dynamic guides that, on top of having great knowledge, make it entertaining for all ages.
